Dry-basis results from INIAP test report No. 26-0078 (Santa Catalina Experimental Station, AOAC 2018.11 method), issued June 2026 on lot samples prior to harvest release by Ecuador’s Ministry of Agriculture (MAG) in August. Near the equator, day length barely changes through the year. That lets us plan harvests on predictable dates, which is hard to achieve at latitudes with marked seasons.
